Erased from history

It’s time to retrace your steps, so that you will remember the history that the socialists would like you to forget.

January 1 is a very dark day for those of us who are living in exile, having left Cuba, the Communist island prison.  It is also a dark day in modern history, as the international community continues to ignore 55 years of murder and oppression committed by Fidel Castro and his band of Communist criminals.

The longer you ignore injustice, the more it is erased from history.  As such, each generation that comes along is slowly removed from the moment in history when the atrocities were committed.  Yet, over 120 million lives have been lost at the hands of communist regimes in different parts of the world, not counting millions murdered through forced abortions, as part of socialist depopulation programs.

Most countries are celebrating the New Year, but those still trapped in Cuba are reminded that while dissidents are imprisoned and tortured, another Communist anniversary celebration has arrived, where Fidel Castro and his thugs can toast to the lasting power and  “international relevance” of their murderous “revolution.”

As the years pass and the world moves further into socialism, Communism in Cuba has been packaged and repackaged in so many misleading ways by “intellectuals” and self-proclaimed experts on Cuban political matters, that it is hard to understand how humanity can tolerate such monumental and nauseating deception—which begins very early in public education classrooms, all over the world.

Since January 1, 1959, Cuba’s Communist dictatorship has been an illegitimate government.  It has violated every treaty and human rights law ever written.  Because communism is based on deceit, each and every claim to progress in Cuba is based on lies. Absolute lies.  And now, the Communists in Havana have an ever-growing socialist international community to support them and applaud them.

Israel and Cuba:  Remembering the Yom Kippur War (aka, the 1973 Arab-Israeli War) and Operation Entebbe

Americans have always relied on Israel’s vote in the United Nations, in support of the embargo against Cuba’s Communist government, as a means of putting economic pressure on Castro.

But after more than half a century of Communist rule in Cuba, and so many concessions to Castro, the embargo has become merely symbolic, since the entire world trades or does business with Castro.

American taxpayers are not asking for much when they expect Israel’s vote on the floor of the United Nations in support of the U.S. embargo– considering that we give billions of dollars to Israel annually—and when you take into account the fact that Castro broke diplomatic relations with Israel in 1973, in support of the Palestinians, during the Fourth Non-Aligned Movement Summit (NAM) held in Algiers.

My conservative Jewish friends agree that historically and morally speaking, Israel should have been the one to break relations with Communist Cuba.

Was the government of Israel waiting to receive moral support from a Communist terrorist like Castro?

Aren’t the people of Cuba worthy of the same political and human rights that the Israeli government claims for its people?

Reality check

During the Yom Kippur War (aka, the 1973 Arab-Israeli War) Fidel Castro’s government sent 4,000 troops to prevent Israeli forces from entering Syrian territory— while Benjamin Netanyahu, the current Prime Minister of Israel, was leading a commando team deep in the Syrian territory.

On another front, during Operation Entebbe in July 1976, commandos of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) conducted a high-risk operation at Entebbe Airport in Uganda, in order to rescue over 100 Israeli citizens and Jewish passengers of various nationalities, who were being held hostage at Entebbe Airport, following the hijacking of an Air France plane, by a terrorist group who had received training in South Yemen, at camps supported and staffed with 1,500 Soviets, 700 Cubans and 116 East Germans.

Benjamin Netanyahu’s brother, Yonatan, died during Operation Entebbe, as the commander of the elite Israeli army commando unit Sayeret Matkal.

When the terrorists took control of the AirFrance plane, they announced that they were under the leadership of none other than the “Che Guevara Group and Gaza Unit of the Popular Front of the Liberation of Palestine.” As my readers know by now, Che Guevara was one of Fidel Castro’s closest henchmen, responsible for the execution of thousands of innocent Cubans.  Che Guevara’s long trail of blood has earned him the reputation as one of the most vicious and ruthless Communists in history.

Yet, in September 2010, President Shimon Peres and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, as the top two government leaders of Israel, issued statements praising Fidel Castro’s recognition of Israel’s right to exist, including an emotional letter from Shimon Peres to Castro, where Peres goes into rapture about the Cuban Communist dictator.

Are the billions of dollars that American taxpayers send to Israel each year not enough affirmation for Prime Minister Netanyahu and President Shimon Peres?  Why is the opinion of Fidel Castro so important, to even warrant a personal letter from the President of Israel to a murderous Communist thug like Castro?

Quotes:

“The remarks attributed to Castro demonstrate his deep understanding of the history of the Jewish people and the State of Israel.” – Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, September, 2010.

“Cuba is an island, surrounded by water. Israel is a political island, surrounded by threats. You tried to sail to bigger seas, to show that a small geographical size doesn’t have to reflect human smallness, and we are trying to prove that small political size doesn’t have to reflect the size of our values. Therefore, we want to see our neighbors as friends, and the better things are for them, the better things will be for us.”

“Your words presented a surprising bridge between a harsh reality and a new horizon,” Peres continued. “I thank you from the bottom of my heart. You proved that even those who are distant from each other can be close.” – President Shimon Peres, September 2010.

As I perused Shimon Peres’ letter to Fidel Castro, I was reminded of the socialist-agricultural spirit that defined the foundation of Israel.  One can see how Peres shares this socialist ethos with Castro, through the emotions expressed in his letter.

President Shimon Peres’ entire letter to Fidel Castro can be read HERE.

Those of us who have lived through Communism are never surprised by political expediency– but it is impossible to understand Benjamin Netanyahu’s statement praising Fidel Castro, in the shadows of his own brother’s death at Entebbe and Castro’s military staffing and support of training camps, for the terrorists that killed his brother. Given this scenario, why should anyone expect Benjamin Netanyahu to care about the Cuban people and their suffering under Fidel Castro’s murderous regime?

The story of Peres’ and Netanyahu’s praise of Fidel Castro was quickly dismissed by the American mainstream media.  The news of this scandal could have easily disappeared, were it not for a member of Congress, Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, who cried foul — prompting a predictable apology from Netanyahu. Such apologies of convenience, as we all know, do not mean much.

Here is what’s really going on…

While Israeli officials cast their symbolic vote in the United Nations in favor of the Cuban embargo, there is a long-standing, very lucrative and well-established citrus business connection between Israel and Cuba, which the government of Israel appears to ignore.

The following quote from Waknine & Berezovsky Co., Ltd., a company with an address in Israel, describes it best, in a paper presented at the IFEAT International Conference in Budapest, Hungary, 23 – 27 Sept. 2007.  IFEAT stands for The International Federation of Essential Oils and Aroma Trades:

“Reut Berezovsky

Waknine & Berezovsky Co. Ltd., 36 Magal Street, 56528 Savyon, Israel

r.berezovsky@wb-il.com

You may wonder why a woman from Israel is talking in Hungary about the citrus industry in Cuba. The answer is because our company has a long-term joint venture with two citrus factories in Cuba that represent 80% of the total citrus industry in Cuba.”

Even during Bill Clinton’s liberal administration, Washington still showed some indignation by invoking the Helms-Burton Act, when Israeli or other international companies would do business in Cuba– on property that had been expropriated from Americans (not to mention the property that was viciously confiscated from millions of hard-working Cuban citizens).

But the little indignation that was left in Washington, against Castro, has slowly disappeared as the U.S. government continues to submerge Americans in a sea of socialism.

Enrique Rottenberg

Enrique Rottenberg is another Israeli who joined the chorus of Castro supporters and materialistic opportunists who operate in the open, without any publicly known restrictions from the government of Israel.

Rottenberg’s business record with the Cuban Communist government, ranges from large-scale real estate projects, to nauseating and offensive photographic “art” projects in Cuba, of a sexual nature. When confronted about his business activities in Cuba through the secretive BM Group, in violation of The Cuban Liberty and Democratic Solidarity (Libertad) Act of 1996 (Helms-Burton Act), Rottenberg responded: ”We are working in accordance with the laws of Israel and Cuba.”

There you have it.

Enrique Rottenberg could not have said it better—even though the government of Israel excuses itself by claiming that BM Group is not based in Israel.

The Helms–Burton Act was quickly condemned by our “friends”—such as the Council of Europe, the European Union, Britain, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina –and other U.S. “allies” that enjoy active trade relations with Cuba. To make matters worse, the economic and geopolitical conditions that existed in the 1990’s, when the Helms-Burton Act came into being, are no longer there—as more enemies of the U.S., including China, establish strategic and economic alliances with our “friends.”

More than half a century of terrifying persecution, political imprisonment, torture, executions, hunger, human trafficking, forced depopulation practices (reflected in the highest abortion rates in the Western Hemisphere)—in addition to hundreds of thousands of Cubans who fled in rafts and are buried in the cemetery known as the Strait of Florida, does not seem to matter.

Why, you ask yourself, can’t the Cuban people get the same support that the people of South Africa received from the international community, in order to bring down Apartheid?

Are Cubans less worthy of freedom and human rights than South Africans?

In fact, as a cynical reminder of the world’s indifference to the Cuban tragedy, there are now flights from Key West to Havana. The opportunities appear now endless, for those who wish to celebrate and enjoy themselves in Cuba, while having their hedonistic fantasies fulfilled at Cuban government-run resorts and hotels, including engaging in prostitution with minors.

What about defense exports to the enemy?

If the government of Israel is not willing to put restrictions on Israeli companies and citizens that do business with Cuba– then what are we to expect from the current questionable state of the extremely lucrative and powerful Israeli defense export industry?– which has been put under scrutiny by the governments of the United States and Great Britain, for large-scale defense exports to Venezuela, and Pakistan, as well as several other Muslim countries.  In addition, Israel also sells weapons to China, which is very disturbing to the United States.

UPDATE: Israel’s Defense Ministry refuses to release full list of countries that purchase weapons from Israel.

Israel is known for practicing arms-sales diplomacy in order to expand its sphere of influence. While this practice is not uncommon, unless the Defense Ministry of Israel has a tight grip on transactions, the arms will end up in the wrong hands through fraudulent end-user certificates and other secretive practices.

Venezuela is Castro’s closest ally in the Western Hemisphere– and has a strong military relationship with Cuba.  In 2005 Hugo Chavez threatened to send F-16’s to Cuba and China, in defiance of the U.S. blocking of Israel’s exports of F-16’s to Chavez.

The last thing the Cuban people need is more oppression from a stronger Cuban military force, which could benefit from fraudulent defense export maneuvers.

Excerpt from UPI report (July 19, 2013):

“Israeli defense exports, a major revenue generator, are under scrutiny after the state comptroller reported serious flaws in the supervision of exports, suggesting some could have been suspect.

The report, citing poor enforcement, follows the tightening in May of regulations on defense exports that could limit foreign sales, and an order this week by Tel Aviv District Court that the Defense Ministry disclose the identities of some of the nearly 7,000 arms dealers, a staggering number, it has authorized.

The report by State Comptroller Joseph Shapira, published Wednesday, said there is legislation that standardizes military exports in accordance with international norms, but the ministry’s Defense Export Controls Agency, known as DECA, was “failing to use the full extent” of its authority “to ensure proper enforcement.”

The report, as published, did not cite any specific instances in which export restrictions may have been violated. However, Israeli arms dealers, overwhelmingly former military men, certified by the Defense Ministry have been found to engage in some murky operations over the years, under which unsavory regimes, mainly in Africa and Latin America, as well as criminal organizations like cocaine cartels, received Israeli-made or Israeli-supplied weapons. [Bold added for emphasis].

A British government report in June said Israeli arms were exported to several Muslim countries — Pakistan, Egypt, Algeria, the United Arab Emirates and Morocco — in 2008-12.”

“Security analyst Yossi Melman, who has written extensively on intelligence and defense issues, has observed that several Israelis who ended behind bars in other countries in recent years were all licensed by the Defense Ministry and “driven by pure greed.”

All were former members of the armed forces, some holding senior rank, he said, and all “were familiar faces in the corridors of the defense establishment.”

It remains to be seen how forthcoming the ministry will be.”

The Vatican: It’s called rapprochement

While this harrowing communist scenario has unfolded for 55 years, the Roman Catholic Church hierarchy, including every modernist Vatican II Cardinal elected to sit on the Throne of Peter—yes, every single one, from John XXIII to John Paul II  to Francis-– has chosen to dialogue with communists in every continent, instead of denouncing them head on.

It’s called rapprochement.

Let’s not forget that John Paul II, after vigorously negotiating the freedom of the Polish people from communism, proceeded to pat Fidel Castro on the back, praising his socialized health care and education.  John Paul II’s double standards are legendary—and his betrayal of the Cuban people has left deep scars in the hearts and minds of many who looked up to him, for the work he had done in Poland.

The average faithful Catholic, unless he or she is actively following the events and publications of the Holy See, has missed the Ostpolitik agenda of the modernist Vatican during the last 50 years.

Excerpt from John Paul II’s address to the Cuban Ambassador to the Holy See, Raúl Roa Kourí, on January 8, 2005:

“I am grateful for your kind words and for the greetings from Dr. Fidel Castro Ruz, President of the Council of State and the Government of the Republic. I express my best wishes to him for his good health and for the integral prosperity of the beloved Cuban Nation. For this Nation I ask God, through the intercession of the Blessed Virgin, venerated in your Country under the lovely title:”Nuestra Señora de la Caridad del Cobre”, to deepen the sentiments of mutual understanding and genuine brotherhood that will enable the Homeland to be the true home built by all.

At the same time, I can tell you of the interest with which I follow the commitment of the Cuban Authorities to maintaining and developing the goals they have succeeded in achieving with effort in the areas of health care, education at various levels and culture in its different expressions. The Holy See considers that by assuring these conditions of human life one sets in place some of the pillars in building up peace, which means not merely the absence of war but also the possibility for all a society’s members to enjoy integral human advancement, good health and the harmonious development of mind and body.”

Both John XXIII and John Paul II will soon be canonized, as part of the modernist Roman Catholic “saint factory”– without regard for the millions of victims of communism who these Popes betrayed.  This is one of the manifestations of the erosion of Catholic traditions under the disastrous rules of Vatican II.

Socialism looks great, from the comfort of a private jet

This rapprochement business has also lined the pockets of many professors, analysts, corporate opportunists and politicians who write books, give lectures, and influence public policies, while analyzing socialism, vis-à-vis Cuba, Africa, Asia– and now the entire Western Hemisphere. In other words, they fill their stomachs in the fanciest restaurants and live the good life, after examining and readjusting the socialist model under a microscope, in the comfort and safety of their university lecture halls, private jets and mansions.  Others, such as modernist Catholic monarchs, enjoy their vacations in Cuba so that they can “return to their roots.”

In my Christmas and New Year message I expressed my view, that in spite of the harsh reality that we face with society’s moral and economic decline, we still have a great opportunity to educate the next generation on the great values that have been lost.

The present socialist environment in the United States—and the materialistic atheism that drives so many to do business with Fidel Castro’s Communist murderous dictatorship, are perfect examples of why it is imperative that we educate the next generation on the Natural Law and our God-given right to life and freedom.

Cuba’s reality under the Communist dictatorship of Fidel Castro is being erased from history, before your very eyes.

The lines have been blurred, in order to transition humanity into a materialistic, atheist and socialist environment– for the good of the collective.

Trading and doing business with communist states, violating the sovereignty of nations, redefining marriage and asserting the “human rights” of homosexuals based on their sexual activities and preferences, are all part of this plan.

Asserting the human rights of those who suffer under communism, is not.

This has been long in the making– and is the mechanism used by international socialist operatives and their fellow travelers, through the United Nations initiative for world governance, called Sustainable Development (Agenda 21). Sustainable Development has been implemented all over the world– including Cuba. The last 55 years of subjugation of the Cuban people served as a socialist testing ground for Sustainable Development.

Washington, Israel, the Vatican– and the rest of the world, have bought into this agenda.  Their actions prove it. If this weren’t so, Cuba would have been freed from communism long ago.

Francis and Marxism

Allow me to present you with three questions, and you decide if any of the answers are morally acceptable:

1. What does it feel like to be called a “Marxist”?:

“The Marxist ideology is wrong. But I have met many Marxists in my life who are good people, so I don’t feel offended.”

2. What does it feel like to be called a “Nazi”?:

“The Nazi ideology is wrong. But I have met many Nazis in my life who are good people, so I don’t feel offended.”

3. What does it feel like to be called a “supporter of Apartheid”? (racial segregation in South Africa):

“The Apartheid ideology is wrong. But I have met many racial segregationists in my life who are good people, so I don’t feel offended.”

Any person with a modicum of intelligence and humanity in them would detest all three answers– and denounce the person who would make such statements.

Well, I have news for you…

The first statement, “The Marxist ideology is wrong. But I have met many Marxists in my life who are good people, so I don’t feel offended”  was made by Francis during an exclusive interview in La Stampa’s Vatican Insider.  Francis’s statement is camouflaged inside an article titled “Never be afraid of tenderness.”

Now, do you think that the press is up in arms about this?  Not at all.  Francis’s horrendous statement is being brushed aside by the mainstream media, as well as by the opportunistic modernist Catholic media, which will justify anything to advance its material interests.

Rightly so, the aforementioned media does not tolerate the same statement when applied to Nazism or Apartheid. So why does it tolerate it when it comes to Marxism?

The magnitude of Francis’s offensive statement cannot be measured.

Over 120 million human beings have been exterminated under Marxist regimes– not including those who have been murdered through forced abortions, as part of socialist depopulation policies.  The death toll continues in Cuba, China, North Korea, Laos and Vietnam– as well as in other satellite socialist countries in Africa and Asia. The Communist madman who is least afraid to reveal his executions and human rights abuses appears to be North Korea’s Kim Jong Un– who recently executed his uncle.

Marxism can be credited with deadly gulags, deadly labor camps, and fatal exoduses– as in the hundreds of thousands of Cubans who have drowned or been executed while escaping Communist Cuba. The bloody trail of extrajudicial trials, which are always preceded by torture and followed by executions, continues to this day under Communist regimes. Man-made famines, as in the Ukraine under Stalin, as in Zimbabwe under Mugabe, as in Somalia under the Siad Barre dictatorship, as in Cambodia under Pol Pot, are responsible for millions of deaths in the Marxist massacre. Should I go on?

Francis, the leader of the Roman Catholic Church has shamelessly stated that he is not offended if someone calls him a Marxist; as such, Francis has trivialized and dehumanized the most massive genocide recorded in human history.

Someone has to say the truth…

THE NEW WORLD ORDER DESCENDS ON JOHANNESBURG

The presence of the New World Order leaders in Johannesburg has everything to do with power, greed and control– and nothing to do with the well-being of the black population of South Africa.

By Marielena Montesino de Stuart

Nelson Mandela and Fidel Castro
Nelson Mandela and Fidel Castro

The long-suffering people of Africa have experienced nothing but lies and abuse at the hands of socialists.  Racial equality, which is granted to every human being from the moment of conception through the Natural Law of God, has been manipulated as a political “cause” in Africa– by the European Socialists of the United Nations—through Sustainable Development (Agenda 21) programs [*- see footnote] NGO’s and indoctrination curricula.  Instead of turning to God—and using the Natural Law as the basis for public policies, generations of Africans have been told that they need to turn instead to socialism.

Yet, in the face of South Africa’s grim social and economic state, New World Order leaders have descended en masse on Johannesburg, in an obvious show of force after Mandela’s death—ignoring the everyday painful reality of the South African black population.

A Socialist Abyss

During my campaign for the United States Senate (FL-Republican, on the ballot, 2012) I warned that American citizens needed to brace themselves as the world rapidly descends into a socialist abyss. As such, I emphasized the need for public policies based on the Commandments of God and the Natural Law, which binds all men, for all time and in all circumstances.

My experience having lived under Fidel Castro’s murderous Communist dictatorship, which included witnessing the enslavement of the Cuban people, of every color and creed, left me with a very clear understanding of my place in this world—and that my rights as a human being were guaranteed by God—not by any government or political order.

The New World Order… of religious leaders, politicians and monarchs

The New World Order that we live under—famously lauded by Republican U.S. President, George Herbert Walker Bush, has indeed grown deep roots in the minds of people all over the world. So much so, that religious leaders, politicians and monarchs who claim to care for the plight of the poor, have either issued statements (as in the Vatican’s statement issued by Francis) or have arrived in Johannesburg for Nelson Mandela’s memorial service, claiming to honor Mandela—a man who shamelessly admired Fidel Castro’s brutal Communist dictatorship, clearly stated as follows:

“From its earliest days, the Cuban Revolution has also been a source of inspiration to all freedom-loving people. We admire the sacrifices of the Cuban people in maintaining their independence and sovereignty in the face of the vicious imperialist-orchestrated campaign to destroy the impressive gain made in the Cuban Revolution….Long live the Cuban Revolution. Long live comrade Fidel Castro.”—Nelson Mandela, July 26, 1991, Cuba.

Another participant in the Mandela memorial service, who shocked many (except for me) was none other than U.S. Senator Ted Cruz from Texas, who issued the following statement, before traveling to Johannesburg:

“Nelson Mandela will live in history as an inspiration for defenders of liberty around the globe. He stood firm for decades on the principle that until all South Africans enjoyed equal liberties he would not leave prison himself, declaring in his autobiography, ‘Freedom is indivisible; the chains on any one of my people were the chains on all of them, the chains on all of my people were the chains on me.’ Because of his epic fight against injustice, an entire nation is now free.

“We mourn his loss and offer our condolences to his family and the people of South Africa.” – U.S. Senator Ted Cruz (Republican-Texas) – December 5, 2013

Ted Cruz has chosen to ignore Mandela’s admitted terrorist past as a Communist.  Cruz has also chosen to ignore the fact that Mandela institutionalized unfettered abortion in South Africa– and that he single-handedly turned South Africa into a nation with some the most liberal laws on earth.

Based on Cruz’ public statement of admiration for Mandela and his decision to participate in the Mandela memorial event, is it possible that Senator Ted Cruz still harbors admiration for his own father’s participation as a pro-Castro revolutionary activist?  “’He was a guerilla, throwing Molotov cocktails and blowing up buildings,‘ Ted Cruz told the Austin American-Statesman [about his father] for a profile published in January 2006,” according to The Dallas Morning News (October 25, 2011).

How else are we to explain Ted Cruz’ statement honoring Mandela– and his subsequent pilgrimage to South Africa  to be at the memorial?

This two-sided political approach is very common in the Cuban exiled community and among those of Cuban descent, who often view their parents’ former socialist pro-Castro activism with starry-eyed idealism, while they also denounce Castro. This inconsistent political behavior is precisely what has divided the Cuban exiled community for more than 50 years.

As I said above, Ted Cruz’ participation in Nelson Mandela’s memorial and his written statement did not take me by surprise. Ted Cruz wants to have it both ways, but principled conservatives do not behave this way.

In what appears to be an obvious attempt to defuse the criticisms he received, Ted Cruz “walked out” when Raúl Castro was delivering his speech at the Mandela memorial. Too little, too late.

Another admirer of Nelson Mandela is U.S. Senator Marco Rubio, also of Cuban descent. Marco Rubio’s ambiguous account of his family’s return to Cuba after Castro’s takeover in January 1959, continues to raise questions and eyebrows– considering that the executions of hundreds of innocent Cubans began immediately in 1959, in the fortress of La Cabaña. In addition, it was well known that hundreds of innocent farmers and civilians had been executed throughout the island by Castro and his band of Marxist thugs during their terrorist “revolution.” By 1960 all American businesses in Cuba had been nationalized without compensation– and the United States had broken off diplomatic relations with Havana.

Given these conditions, why did Marco Rubio’s parents leave the United States and return to Cuba to live under Castro?

Although Senator Marco Rubio did not travel to Johannesburg for Mandela’s memorial, his admiration for Nelson Mandela shows that Senator Marco Rubio and Senator Ted Cruz suffer from the same malady of political inconsistency. Much has changed with Rubio since he ran for the U.S. Senate.  Here is Marco Rubio’s statement paying homage to Mandela:

“The world has lost one of history’s most important figures, though Nelson Mandela’s example will live on for generations to come. Men and women striving for justice and fairness around the world have drawn inspiration from Nelson Mandela, and he showed South Africans and the entire world what the power of forgiveness truly means and can accomplish. My wife Jeanette and I send our condolences to the Mandela family and to the people of South Africa.” – U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (Republican-Florida) December 5, 2013.

Nelson Mandela and Communism

Nelson Mandela was not a political prisoner. He was imprisoned for espousing violent activities through the Umkhonto we Sizwe (abbreviated MK)– a terrorist organization which he co-founded, as the “armed” wing of the African National Congress (ANC).

During his trial Nelson Mandela pleaded guilty to 156 acts of public violence, which included organizing terrorist bombing campaigns. Scores of innocent people, both black and white, were killed by Nelson Mandela’s Umkhonto we Sizwe terrorists, including women and children. In any other country Nelson Mandela would have been sentenced to death, or would have spent life in prison. Yet, he enjoyed communication privileges unheard of, for a prisoner with such a criminal record.

As such, even Amnesty International, which is well known for its progressive side, would not take on Mandela’s case, since he was not a political prisoner (“prisoner of conscience”). In addition, pursuant to Amnesty International’s criterion, a “prisoner of conscience” must not have used nor advocated violence.

As cruel and abominable as apartheid was, Mandela’s legacy of terrorist violence and support of murderous Communist dictatorships cannot be justified

By the time Mandela came out of prison and became President of South Africa he had given up on the idea of full-blown communism, given that he would not receive aid from the Soviet Union, which had recently collapsed.

Cuba’s communism, which Mandela so admired, was his scariest example of a communist country starving after its long dependence on the Soviet Union.  However, the communists from the former Communist bloc resurfaced through Sustainable Development (Agenda 21)– which is the United Nations socialist global initiative.  The operatives of Agenda 21 have worked tirelessly in Africa to advance socialism– in ways that the Soviet Union could not achieve.  Socialist politicians all over the world, including Mandela, have advanced their causes with the help of Sustainable Development, much more than they ever could with the help of the Soviets.

While Nelson Mandela praised Fidel Castro’s Communist dictatorship, the Strait of Florida had already become a cemetery for untold hundreds of thousands of Cubans who had drowned trying to escape.  This does not include the untold number executed by Castro’s government forces.  After nearly 55 years of Castro’s Communist dictatorship, the human loss has become one of the worst catastrophes recorded in modern history.  But New World Order religious leaders, politicians and monarchs do not feel it is in their best interest to demand that the Communist dagger be removed from the heart of the Cuban people. Instead, they vacation in the island prison.

While the international community joined forces to bring down apartheid in South Africa– it is not willing to do the same, in order to help bring to an end the oppression of the people of Cuba.  In fact, the international community has more than made up for Cuba’s economic loss after the Soviets fell, through trade with Castro. In addition, tourists and visitors from all over the world, including those from the United States, flock to Cuba with their dollars– while they mock the U.S. Embargo; consequently, they continue to support the island’s oppressive Communist regime.

The hubris and hypocrisy of those who support the Cuban tourism industry are astonishing and immensely painful for those who continue to be persecuted, imprisoned and tortured in Cuba– as well as for those of us who have suffered under Castro’s Communist regime.

It is extremely difficult for someone like me, as a survivor of communism, to witness this international massive socialist takeover– and its accompanying disregard for the most basic human rights.  Members of my family, including my father, were political prisoners under Castro’s bloody regime.  One of my uncles became one of the longest held political prisoners in the Western Hemisphere.  Other family members were tortured and executed– or died fighting against Castro’s Communist forces.  I visited Castro’s political prisons during my childhood in Cuba, so I have full authority to speak about the communist atrocities that I witnessed.

Nelson Mandela is criticized by the Communists he served

Nelson Mandela passionately advanced communist causes, even becoming a member of the Communist Party, as confirmed by the SACP (South African Communist Party) through the following statement:

“At his arrest in August 1962, Nelson Mandela was not only a member of the then underground South African Communist Party, but was also a member of our Party’s Central Committee. To us as South African communists, Cde [Comrade] Mandela shall forever symbolise (sic) the monumental contribution of the SACP in our liberation struggle. The contribution of communists in the struggle to achieve the South African freedom has very few parallels in the history of our country. After his release from prison in 1990, Cde Madiba became a great and close friend of the communists till his last days.” *- The Nelson Mandela Foundation explains that Madiba is the name of the Thembu clan to which Nelson Mandela belonged. The clan gets its name from a 19th century chief. All the members of this clan can be called Madiba.

Some of the most scathing criticisms of Mandela have emerged from none other than the Communist ranks.  This article, which appeared on December 7 on The World Socialist Website of the International Committee of the Fourth International (ICFI) is urgently calling for your attention.

Excerpt:

“South Africa today ranks as the most socially unequal country on the face of the planet. The gap between wealth and poverty and the number of poor South Africans are both greater than they were when Mandela walked out of prison in 1990. Fully 60 percent of the country’s income goes to the top 10 percent, while the bottom 50 percent lives below the poverty line, collectively receiving less than 8 percent of total earnings. At least 20 million are jobless, including over half of the younger workers.

Meanwhile, under the mantle of programs like “Black Economic Empowerment,” a thin layer of black ex-ANC leaders, trade union officials and small businessmen has become very rich from incorporation onto boards of directors, acquisitions of stock, and contracts with the government. It is under these conditions that ANC governments that have followed Mandela’s, first under Thabo Mbeki and now Jacob Zuma, have come to be seen as the corrupt representatives of a wealthy ruling establishment.

Mandela, who played a less and less active role in the country’s political life, nevertheless served as a facade for the ANC, which traded on his history of sacrifice and his image of humble dignity to hide its own corrupt self-dealing. Behind the facade, of course, Mandela and his family raked in millions, with his children and grandchildren active in some 200 private companies.”

Even left-leaning publications like The Economist have denounced the grim situation in South Africa, as in the recent commentary “The longer walk to equality.”

Excerpt:

“Under its own majority rule, the lot of the ever-growing black population—today forming over three-quarters of the national total—has been notably poor. Misguided governance, low-quality education, skills shortages and massive unemployment levels of around 40% have left it more disadvantaged today than when Nelson Mandela was still behind bars. Black income has virtually flat-lined, betraying tremendous gulfs between the wealth of the different racial groups. Sadly, the nation Mandela leaves behind today remains one of the least equal in the world.” The Economist’s “The longer walk to equality” – December 6, 2013.

Upon the death of Mandela, the Pew Research Center also offered an update on South Africa (December 6)— stating that “…while the country has changed politically and demographically, economically it still looks much as it did nearly a century ago, divided along racial lines.”

Fidel Castro, Nelson Mandela and his wife, Graça Machel.

The moral of the story

The citizens of South Africa are being used, manipulated and abused by the socialists in the United Nations and its fellow traveling religious leaders, politicians and monarchs.  Therefore, it is urgent that South African citizens insist on public policies based on the Commandments of God and the Natural Law, or they will find themselves in a worse situation 100 years from now.  By then the depopulation activists at the United Nations will have entirely succeeded in convincing the black population that their economic problems lie in their numbers.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

The biggest enemy of the black South African population is the assault carried out by materialistic atheists on their communities.

Meanwhile, millions of black African babies will continue to be aborted as part of “sustainability” programs, that teach economic and environmental stewardship through population control. It should be of no surprise that Mandela legalized abortion on demand in South Africa, even for minor girls.

New York Times excerpt:

“South Africa’s new abortion law passed its final legislative hurdle today, clearing the way for President Nelson Mandela to replace one of the world’s toughest abortion laws with one of the most liberal.

Under the new law, women and girls will be entitled to a state-financed abortion on demand during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy if they have no private medical insurance, and, subject to widely defined conditions, for a further eight weeks.” – New York Times, November 6, 1996.

So while Nelson Mandela was calling for equality for all, he was making it legal for South African babies to be exterminated through abortion on demand.

Barack Obama shaking hands with Raúl Castro, Communist “President” of Cuba

As expected, Barack Obama, the most extreme pro-abortion president that the United States has ever had, was in Johannesburg shaking hands with Raúl Castro and other communists.

What is most disturbing is to see religious leaders like Francis issuing statements glorifying Mandela, as well as Catholic monarchs, like Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg who attended the Mandela memorial (Grand Duke Henri  is a passionate promoter of the United Nations’ Socialist initiative, Sustainable Development / Agenda 21) while ignoring the suffering of the people of South Africa, specifically the black population—which is relentlessly victimized by abortionists.

It appears that this New World Order of religious leaders, politicians and monarchs does not seem to care about the Commandments of God or the Natural Law.  Instead, these individuals have become puppets of the socialist collective—acting as emissaries through the Vatican, NGO’s and foundations, in order to advance the New World Order, under the watchful eye of the United Nations.  Should these religious leaders, politicians and monarchs step out of line, the powerful machinery behind the United Nations will see to it that they are removed from power.

The presence of these leaders in Johannesburg has everything to do with a show of force, to assert their New World Order of power, greed and control—and absolutely nothing to do with the well-being of the black population.

The citizens of South Africa deserve better.

Someone has to say the truth…

[*]: Sustainable Development (Agenda 21) is the United Nations socialist initiative for global governance—which aims to dictate every aspect of our lives, with depopulation as its starting point— followed by restrictions on what foods can be consumed and infringement of private property rights, natural resources and sovereign rights. All under the disguise of environmental stewardship.

The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg

By Marielena Montesino de Stuart

ONCE UPON A TIME, BY THE GRACE OF GOD... BY MARIELENA MONTESINO DE STUART - Le grand diadème de la Grande-Duchesse (Empire Tiara of Luxembourg)

Roman Catholicism is monarchical by nature.  Any Catholic who does not understand this or denies this fact, has indeed been deprived of proper formation, under Vatican II’s modernist agenda.

We proclaim the “Kingdom” of Christ on earth.  We call Our Lord Jesus Christ “King of Kings.”  We refer to Our Heavenly Mother as “Queen” of the Universe.  Masses have been held for the coronation of kings and queens throughout the history of the Church.  For centuries, monarchs have received the Church’s blessing to rule “by the Grace of God.”  King Louis IX of France, an extraordinary example of courage and humility, became a saint.

Monarchical rule makes sense only if it is carried out “by the Grace of God”—and according to God’s laws; otherwise, it becomes a distortion—and even an abuse of power.

The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg

The tiny, but financially powerful Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, has begun its final descent into the abyss of materialistic atheism.

Grand Duke Henri was Europe’s last glimmer of hope, when he took over the reins of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Some believed that as a Roman Catholic monarch he would inspire and protect his people, by following Christian moral principles and by respecting man’s rights under the natural laws of God.

Luxembourg’s social chaos had already reared its ugly head in the 1970’s.  Henri’s father, Grand Duke Jean, had signed abortion into law in 1978, with certain restrictions—even though he appeared to be a devout Roman Catholic.

Grand Duke Henri’s full name, style and title is: His Royal Highness Henri, by the Grace of God, Grand Duke of Luxembourg, Duke of Nassau, Count Palatine of the Rhine, Count of Sayn, Königstein, Katzenelnbogen and Diez, Burgrave of Hammerstein, Lord of Mahlberg, Wiesbaden, Idstein, Merenberg, Limburg and Eppstein; however, Grand Duke Henri relinquished “by the Grace of God” upon ascending the throne. He signs official documents as Henri, Grand Duke of Luxembourg, Duke of Nassau.

In December 2008 the recently deposed Primer Minister of Luxembourg, Jean-Claude Juncker, began a move to strip Grand Duke Henri of his legislative powers, after the Catholic monarch opposed a euthanasia bill which had been approved by the parliament.  Through a constitutional amendment, Juncker effectively neutralized the Grand Duke’s power, turning him into a rubber-stamping monarch without any right to oppose laws.  The constitutional amendment became effective in March 2009.  The moral deterioration of Luxembourg’s Parliament was again manifested in 2012, when restrictions on abortion were lifted.

The future of the Grand Duchy, the only one left in Europe, surely hung on the balance—as the materialistic forces of death advanced their agenda in the parliament. The thought of escalating his opposition to the euthanasia bill must have brought images of living in exile—an option which would be unpalatable for the Grand Duke. Indeed, there are plenty of royals in Europe who have been removed from their thrones—as in the examples of France, Italy and Greece.

So the Grand Duke has chosen to remain a symbolic ruler, instead of ruling “by the Grace of God.”  His presence and strength mostly lies in expanding Luxembourg’s financial power—and in promoting environmental stewardship.

Grand Duke Henri’s financial and diplomatic activities recently took him and his Cuban-born wife, the Grand Duchess Maria Teresa, to Turkey– in order to establish better diplomatic and financial ties with the increasingly radical Muslim nation. Turkey is considered economically as one of the “fragile fives” — a term coined by Morgan Stanley, for the troubled emerging market currencies of Brazil, Indonesia, South Africa, Turkey and India, under most pressure vis-à-vis the U.S. dollar.

Luxembourg’s financial experts know how to play their cards— and have business representatives and commissions around the world, ready to jump into lucrative opportunities.

As a founding member of the European Union, the Grand Duchy is a mini, but powerful globalist center, having also been a founding member of NATO. The Grand Duchy also hosts the European Court of Justice, the European Statistical Office (Eurostat) and the Secretariat of the European Parliament, along with other supranational organizations; therefore, it should come as no surprise that Grand Duke Henri is a passionate advocate of Sustainable Development (Agenda 21)—having led Luxembourg’s delegation on Sustainable Development to the disastrous Rio+20 Conference, during the summer of 2012.  Grand Duke Henri’s speech in support of Sustainable Development can be read here in French and English.

Sustainable Development (Agenda 21) is the United Nations socialist initiative for global governance—which aims to dictate every aspect of our lives, with depopulation as its starting point— followed by restrictions on what foods can be consumed and infringement of private property rights. All in the name of environmental stewardship. Education, such as Common Core, is part of this agenda—and serves to indoctrinate the masses through socialist teachings disguised as “social justice” and “equality.”

It should also come as no surprise that Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa chose to vacation in Cuba, during the Spring of 2012.  While this may have been the first vacation in Cuba for the Grand Duke, it certainly was not Maria Teresa’s first.

Many of us who suffered under Castro’s brutal Communist regime, live scattered throughout the world as political exiles. We have made the painful choice of never returning to see family members—so as not to give Castro’s regime a single dime.

Why?

Because every penny that Castro receives through tourism and visitors provides his criminal Communist dictatorship the ability to stay in power and further oppress, enslave and torture the people of Cuba.

Did the Grand Duke and Grand Duchess of Luxembourg give any consideration to such an altruistic moral choice—as an example to their children, heirs—as well as to the international community?

Xavier Bettel, the openly homosexual mayor of Luxembourg City is Grand Duke Henri ‘s Prime Minister-designate

On Friday November 29, the new cabinet will be formally presented in Luxembourg, including Luxembourg’s first openly homosexual  Prime Minister-designate, Xavier Bettel.  Bettel was designated by Grand Duke Henri as the formateur, the one who could put together a coalition government pursuant to parliamentary procedures– following a spy scandal à la NSA, which brought down Luxembourg’s Prime Minister, Jean-Claude Juncker and his coalition government.

Grand Duke Henri’s choice of an openly homosexual Prime Minister-designate obviously did not involve “the Grace of God”—and is another manifestation of how far many Catholics have strayed, including some who have inherited the benefits and splendid privileges as holders of monarchical titles.

Bettel has already announced that making homosexual “marriage” legal will be one of his first acts as Prime Minister.  Luxembourg has already legalized homosexual civil unions. This environment could eventually bring an end to the Grand Duchy—since materialistic atheists are known for ridding themselves of those who are no longer of any use.

Which brings to mind some excerpts from Pope Leo XIII’s  Sapientiae Christianae—his encyclical on Christians as citizens, which I hope that the Grand Duke and Grand Duchess will read:

“It is a high crime indeed to withdraw allegiance from God in order to please men, an act of consummate wickedness to break the laws of Jesus Christ, in order to yield obedience to earthly rulers, or, under pretext of keeping the civil law, to ignore the rights of the Church; “we ought to obey God rather than men.”(4) This answer, which of old Peter and the other Apostles were used to give the civil authorities who enjoined unrighteous things, we must, in like circumstances, give always and without hesitation. No better citizen is there, whether in time of peace or war, than the Christian who is mindful of his duty; but such a one should be ready to suffer all things, even death itself, rather than abandon the cause of God or of the Church.”

“ But, if the laws of the State are manifestly at variance with the divine law, containing enactments hurtful to the Church, or conveying injunctions adverse to the duties imposed by religion, or if they violate in the person of the supreme Pontiff the authority of Jesus Christ, then, truly, to resist becomes a positive duty, to obey, a crime; a crime, moreover, combined with misdemeanor against the State itself, inasmuch as every offense leveled against religion is also a sin against the State.”

Once upon a time, by the Grace of God…

Humanity is living through a tempest which intensifies each day. As we look into the eyes of history we find more and more that those entrusted with the future of nations, have abandoned their citizens in the darkest hours. We have become pawns in a game board of power and control, where those who govern often do so to fulfill their sociopolitical fantasies, disregarding the Commandments of God and His natural law, which binds all men, for all time and in all circumstances.

Once upon a time, there were rulers like Saint Louis (Louis IX) who ruled by the Grace of God. Those days are over.

The glow of earthly crowns is wearing out. All material intentions have been tested.  Grand and extravagant governing plans have failed.  Which leaves us with the sense of overwhelming relief that the only true King, Our Lord Jesus Christ, is coming soon.

We must proclaim His Kingdom on earth. It is the only hope for humanity.

¡Viva Cristo Rey!

The International Atomic Energy Agency, Cuba and the American Taxpayer

Should American taxpayers continue to fund the International Atomic Energy Agency?

By Marielena Montesino de Stuart

Screen Shot 2013-10-29 at 11.12.40 PM

The IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency) is based in Vienna, Austria. It identifies itself as an “independent” international organization “related to” the United Nations.  The IAEA states that its purpose is “to build, strengthen and maintain capacities in the safe, peaceful and secure use of nuclear technology in support of sustainable socioeconomic development.”

“Sustainable socioeconomic development” refers to Sustainable Development (Agenda 21)— a corrupt socialist international initiative of the United Nations, which siphons an obscene amount of money from taxpayers all over the world. This alone should be cause for concern, when it comes to the IAEA’s credibility.

As an “independent” international intergovernmental organization the IAEA also acts as a gigantic center of activity for NGOs and INGOs (national and international non-governmental organizations).

As such, the IAEA will visit countries and issue reports that appear very official and credible– when in fact, the IAEA’s connection with and dependence on government funding, often shows that its operation is questionable. During the Fukushima nuclear plant disaster in Japan, the IAEA was the agency in charge of informing the world about radiation levels. The IAEA’s monitoring of the Fukushima disaster has been described as “sluggish” and “confusing”—at best.

The IAEA and Cuba

Screen Shot 2013-10-29 at 10.48.04 PM
The Cuban Communist government never misses an opportunity for propaganda– and the IAEA’s visit to Cuba was no exception. The IAEA’s Director General, Yukiya Amano, issued a report after his recent visit to the communist island prison, stating that he “was able to see first-hand the impressive use of nuclear technology for “medical” diagnosis.”
REALLY?
Then why is it that Cuban people are often mutilated and killed in Castro’s government-funded hospitals?–- which are feared for their deplorable state and subhuman conditions.Who is benefitting from all this great technology?

Certainly NOT the people of Cuba!

Did the IAEA Director General visit Castro’s hellish socialized “medical” centers?

Screen Shot 2013-10-29 at 11.34.42 PM

Is nuclear technology being advanced in Cuba for another purpose? After all, the current geopolitical situation in the Western Hemisphere has China written all over it.

China has the world’s biggest energy market and its Communist government is determined to establish and defend its energy strongholds all over the world.  China has economic and technological interests in Cuba. Likewise, Cuba’s Communist government will do anything to strengthen its participation and influence in the international community—and nuclear energy is another gateway for its agenda under the United Nations Sustainable Development initiative. The IAEA has a history of reliability problems with GAO (the U.S. Government Accountability Office)– as in the following reports:

U.S. GAO – Nuclear Nonproliferation and Safety: Concerns With the International Atomic Energy Agency’s Technical Cooperation Program

U.S. GAO – Nuclear Nonproliferation and Safety: Challenges Facing the International Atomic Energy Agency

U.S. GAO – Nuclear Nonproliferation: IAEA Has Strengthened Its Safeguards and Nuclear Security Programs, but Weaknesses Need to Be Addressed

In addition, US House Bill 893 (2013-2014)  states that funds from any United States assessed or voluntary contribution to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) may not be used to support any assistance provided by the IAEA through its Technical Cooperation Program to Iran, North Korea, or Syria.

Considering this entire scenario, why does the United States government continue to force the American taxpayer to fund Sustainable Development through institutions such as the IAEA?– whose underlying purpose is to advance international socialism.

In a world of international socialist lies, the IAEA’s report on Cuba serves as a prototype of science and technology being compromised by government funding and the special interests of illegitimate governments.

Meanwhile, the American taxpayer’s wallet continues to bleed.

Someone has to say the truth…

Castro’s “New Man” now wants to be a woman

Screen Shot 2013-10-09 at 4.01.12 PM

The Cuban government is paying for sex change operations, while the USCCB (U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops) blames Cuban poverty and the abysmal state of socialized health care, on the symbolic U.S. embargo.

Meanwhile, a Cuban filmmaker is conducting a tour across America, to promote her film about a man who underwent a government-funded sex change operation in Cuba:  Cuban director discusses new film in campus visit | The Daily.

The U.S. promotion of this Cuban filmmaker’s “tour de force” is carried out with the support of Americas Media Initiative– which is funded in part by various foundations, including the Ford Foundation, and individual donors:  About Us | Americas Media Initiative.

And where does the other part of the funding for Americas Media Initiative come from?

The American taxpayer?

Check out Americas Media Initiative’s public record.

Are American taxpayers actually paying for this Cuban woman to promote such a film in front of American college students?

Have they considered changing venues to the Venice Biennale?– which accepts this cinematographic genre.  If they hurry, they may even get a space next to the Holy See’s bizarre pavilion, where they can rub elbows with the Vatican’s ultra-modernist Cardinal  Gianfranco Ravasi.  Ravasi will find “enlightenment” in just about anything.

Here is the public announcement, including the schedule of university campuses to be included in this  tour, on Americas Media Initiative’s website: NEWS | Americas Media Initiative

Cuba’s Communist government is laughing all the way to the bank, as it lines its pockets with tourism dollars pouring into Cuba from the U.S., as well as from the international community– which has maintained friendly relations with Castro, for decades.
The “cultural exchange” programs with Cuba are another source of revenue, which helps Castro’s criminal government continue its relentless oppression inside the island prison.

Click on this link to read the facts about Cuba’s government and how it is starving and persecuting the Cuban people, while it fills its coffers.

But the Catholic Church continues to “dialogue” with Cuba’s Communist thugs– instead of condemning the hellish reality of the Cuban people, resulting from almost 54 years of communism and atheism.

A reality that includes government-funded operations for Castro’s “Hombre Nuevo” (New Man)– who now wants to be a woman.

Marielena Montesino de Stuart received an invitation to be a special guest on Radio Martí’s “Cuba al día” broadcast on October 3, 2013, in light of her recent article, titled SPECIAL REPORT: The USCCB, Cuba and the Chong Chon Gang, which covers the misguided attempt by the USCCB (United States Conference of Catholic Bishops) to influence American policy towards Cuba, through its Committee on International Justice and Peace, in Washington DC.

As a program funded by the United States government, Radio Martí  has been broadcasting  to the people of Cuba for more than 28 years, with the mission to promote the principles of freedom and democracy.  Radio Martí  provides news and information not allowed inside the island by the Cuban Communist government.  Radio Martí  works in partnership with the U.S. State Department, the White House and the Voice of America.

The people of Cuba, as well as Cubans exiled all over the world, have had enough as victims of rapprochement and “dialogue” with the Castro regime, for nearly 54 years.  The idea that freedom for the Cuban people should come little by little must not be tolerated.  The Cuban people deserve better.  The Cuban people deserve freedom now.

In this important interview, Catholic writer and 2012 candidate for the United States Senate, Marielena Montesino de Stuart, vigorously argues against reconciliation with the Castro regime and warns the Cuban people that the economic alternative planned by the current government in Washington DC, as well as by the Vatican,  is international socialism– through Sustainable Development (Agenda 21).

Marielena Montesino de Stuart discusses the modern socialist reality of the Catholic Church, promulgated through the Second Vatican Council– a socialist reality which has now reached its apex, through the recent relaunching of Liberation Theology (a Marxist movement inside the Church).

Marielena Montesino de Stuart presents a compelling argument for the people of Cuba to chart their course of freedom through faith in God, without relying on entities, such as the Conference of Cuban Catholic Bishops, which along with the Committee on International Justice and Peace, at the USCCB in Washington DC– have  failed to denounce Communism, as part of their policy of reconciliation and appeasement.
